Hello! I’m Rob Roof. I’m a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over 6 years of professional counseling experience. I’m 48 years old, married for over 20 years, and have an adult daughter. In addition to my private practice, I work in K-12 educational settings offering mental health counseling and coaching. During winter, I do avalanche mitigation and guide people through avalanche terrain on my snowboard. I serve people of all ages, counseling and coaching individuals, couples, and families. I’ve helped clients with a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, trauma, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, addiction, and avalanche-related issues. My approach is relational, client-centered, interpersonal, existential, and narrative. Standing as equals, I collaborate with you to heal, grow, find purpose, and thrive.
