I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington state with over 15 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist to those seeking assistance and support. My therapy style is warm and straightforward and I find it essential to bring respect, sensitivity, and compassion to each session. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Additionally, attention disruptions, parenting challenges, career issues, and trauma related concerns are also matters that I have extensive experience in helping clients work through and resolve.
