I am an independently licensed therapist in Ohio who has been an active social worker since 1995 and have focused on providing individual adult therapy since 2011. The majority of my clients have been dealing with depression, anxiety, or functioning well in life issues including relationship issues often with co-occurring substance abuse issues. I’ve worked with couples on relationship issues both together and separately. I’ve had specialized treatment training using cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and trauma treatment methods. I have worked well with the psychiatrists I have been associated with. I believe in coming up with a good plan then doing what works. I am a good listener. I believe in helping people believe in themselves, build on their strengths, and not to worry about what others are thinking about them. I only work with clients who currently live in Ohio due to license restrictions.
