I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues (couples/parents/progenies) , attention-deficit, and emotional abuse. I believe that it takes a lot of courage for individuals to reach out for help and that you know yourself best; therefore, you are essential in contributing to your success in healing. I don’t believe in substituting my advice for yours, rather in coming together to develop strategies that you will be comfortable with, which tends to be more realistic in implementing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic therapy. My objective is to allow you to reach your own conclusions with my expertise and guidance.
