Renee Cavallaro

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with almost twenty-five years of experience as a clinician and administrator. I have worked in a variety of settings which has provided me with a diverse clinical experience. I have worked with individuals who have reported dealing with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to issues related to life/work balance, self-esteem and self-confidence, anxiety, parenting, and career transitions. Developing a positive and engaging rapport is the foundation of my clinical work. Encouraging those with whom I work to take responsibility for themselves and trust their decision-making processes drives our work together. The basis of a healthy relationship with self and others is forged with respect and kindness. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused counseling. I will work with you to support the development of your strengths as well as the areas on which you want some additional focus.
