As a licensed professional counselor in Texas, my mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals and families of all ages. I specialize in EMDR therapy, and I am committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of life, whether facing anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, parenting struggles, relationship challenges, divorce, or any other major life transition. I am currently working on my doctorate in counseling and supervision. I am licensed in Texas with 7 years of professional work experience, which includes my work as a certified school counselor and student advocate, licensed professional counselor associate, and currently a Texas licensed professional counselor. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. As I am here to support you in that process, I have found that audio or video sessions are best practice for my clients work.
