About Rebecca Koskiniemi

Welcome! My name is Becky and I have been working in mental health for the past 11 years. I have my Clinical degree in Social Work and hold my independent license in Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Utah and Colorado. My therapeutic approach is very person centered; you lead your therapy, I just assist you on along the way. I tailor my approach to your specific diagnoses and needs. I utilize multiple treatment modalities depending on what your therapy centers around and what you would like to work on. You will find that I am nonjudgmental, welcoming and easy to talk to. I have experience with trauma, anxieties, depression, sleep disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, gender identity, as well as substance use disorders.
