Hi Welcome to BetterHelp, My name is Randee-Sue Kramer i am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 30 years experience, specializing in improved communication skills, couples, infidelity, and individual issues such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar. I am also licensed as a supervisor for interns in the State of Florida. In addition to spending time on the platform, i have a private practice working with individuals and couples. I help improve communication issues in the couple setting to improve trust and respect in the relationship. I have a strong background in men’s issues and infidelity with both men and women. I have developed a private practice focusing on marital/divorce, relationship therapy, family therapy, and working with clients with anxiety and depression. i offer my patients a safe and comfortable space to share their inner most private feelings , thoughts, and fears. I am warm, inviting, empathetic, supportive ,and have a hands on approach to working with my clients. Knowing my clients are individuals, with different goals for therapy, i develop strong therapeutic relationships and treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient. This allows them to find their inner strength and make positive lasting changes. By using a combination of treatment approaches, including individual. modeling, communication skills, goal and task setting, cognitive behavioral, and supportive , assuring every client reaches their highest potential I graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in criminal justice and sociology, and earned my master’s degree from Barry University. My internships included working in women’s shelters, working in the gay community providing sex education and groups to individuals with AIDS or HIV positive, and doing home health visits for Hospice patients and families providing supportive therapy and planning.
