Phyllis Lambert

Phyllis lives in Colorado, where she enjoys the outdoors and beauty Colorado has to offer. Currently, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor with licenses in CT and WY. Phyllis has over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. She has extensively worked with a diverse range clients from elementary age children through seniors. Much of her experience with these populations includes working with addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and trauma. Her counseling techniques stem from a combination of rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavior therapy. Phyllis is known for her fun loving character and enthusiasm to help others live their life to its fullest potential. She takes pride in being compassionate, patient, mindful and respectful of others.
