About
She received her Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Social Work. Her background in trauma-informed care led her to specialize in working with adults who have experienced long-term childhood trauma.
She works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and addiction, as well as members of the LGBT community. She believes that behaviors are often coping mechanisms developed in response to childhood environments. Through a non-judgmental approach, she helps clients explore and rework these patterns, creating a plan for alternative behaviors and actions.
