Hello, My name is Pertina and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience. I would like to take the time to introduce myself to you. I have my Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. My experience ranges from working with individuals diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management and Relationship Conflicts. I am a lifelong learner and believe in staying up to date with different Evidenced Based Treatment models to ensure you are receiving the best. I love to help all people and I specialize with ages 15 to 30 and 31+. We will discuss the different items you would like to work on and together work towards your different goals. I utilize different evidence-based models but focus on more of an eclectic approach that is tailored to each individual person. An individual plan will be created solely for you. I am a calm and open person. I am here for you to have a non-judgmental place to express yourself. I want you to always feel respected and to also be able to honestly express your emotions. I am a true believer that therapy is all about you and I am here to assist you and provide support as needed.
