Perla Campos Ruiz

My name is Perla and I have been providing therapeutic services to individuals of ages 4 and older since 2017. I have been providing individual therapy to victims of crime, domestic violence and with open cases with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). In addition, I have worked in the correctional health care and hospital setting with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD and substance abuse issues. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it is important to allow you to have a safe space to share your narrative/experiences and provide you a different perspective in order for you to identify healthy coping skills to implement in your day to day life. As a therapist, it is important to help you understand how your experiences affect the way you feel and the decisions you make.
