Pam Biggs-Reed

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Indiana and Florida with more than 2 decades of experience treating and supporting youth, adults and families. In my work I have helped individuals and families identify and address the issues that are causing them distress. These range from depression and anxiety to physical and sexual abuse. I have worked with those struggling with addiction and have provided support for those who love individuals with addictions. It is my belief is that it is within a warm, trusting relationship that individuals are most likely to be able to understand and develop a plan for changing their lives. I believe it takes courage to reach out for support and that my role is to partner with you to achieve your goals. To that end my approach pulls from person-centered and cognitive behavioral practices to support your progress.
