I am a licensed psychotherapist in the states of Michigan and Maine and have worked as a counselor and life coach with individuals and families for over 30 years. My focus is on helping clients achieve satisfying relationships and greater joy in their lives regardless of what their experiences may have been in the past. I use an eclectic approach to therapy seeking to find and utilize the methods that are most comfortable and helpful to you. In addition to traditional modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho Dynamic, Humanistic, etc.), I have extensive experience working with EFT (tapping) , Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. If you prefer a more traditional approach, that is what we will pursue, and if you are familiar with and interested in more energy based counseling that is available as well. It is of utmost importance to me that you feel valued and respected as an individual as you pursue the life that you want to live. Please note that I do not list all my availability on the online calendar, so if you try to schedule an appointment with me and don’t see a suitable time, please let me know your schedule and I am confident that we can find a slot that will work for both of us.
