About Noraliz Nagarsheth

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking support to manage anxiety and depression. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I often incorporate when working through trauma-related symptoms. While I use evidence-based methods, I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to work collaboratively with you and choose the approach that best fits your needs.
