I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with 22 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Clients that I have worked with, range in their concerns, from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, auto-immune struggles, existential and spiritual crises. I also experience in working with people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse and chronic pain/somatic issues. My counseling style is warm and interactive, with a healthy dose of humor. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and am conservative when considering stigmatizing labels. My approach is eclectic and combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and transpersonal therapy frameworks. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
