Nicole (Nikki) Racine

Hello, my name is Nikki and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota. I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2019 and have been a licensed social worker since 2014. I’ve worked with adults, children, and adolescents throughout my career in community, school-based, and behavioral health settings. I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices including mindfulness and self-compassion, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). I have specialized training in BA (behavioral activation) and ERP (exposure and ritual prevention)/exposure therapy. I fully believe that each individual is the expert of their own lives, and I work with clients to encourage their autonomy throughout the development of the therapeutic relationship, creating a collaborative space.
