I’m Nicole McDuff, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a broad range of ages, diagnoses, and levels of care. Since every person is unique, I like to utilize pieces from various approaches to form a method that fits their individual needs. I love helping people to recognize and utilize their strengths and those things that make them special. I enjoy helping others make sense of and better understand themselves and their experiences. I know that starting therapy can sometimes be intimidating at first, so I like to share what you can expect. In our first session, we will start with introductions, then move into discussing what brings you to therapy. We may explore past experiences and factors contributing to your current situation. Together we will identify goals for us to work towards in our following sessions and come up with a plan for achieving those goals.
