As Billy Cox once said: “Life’s greatest difficulties always happen right before life’s greatest breakthroughs.” I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & depression. Following obtaining a BA in Psychology, I entered the mental health field over 11 years ago. It was there that I found both excitement and purpose in my work with clients who found themselves facing a wide variety of challenging life events and used this drive to complete an MA in Professional Counseling, gaining further certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I look forward to helping both teens and adults work on ways to move towards the goals they wish to meet! My clients find me nonjudgmental, easy to have difficult conversations with, intuitive, and committed to finding an approach that works for you. By using a solution-focused modality I strive to meet you where you are and help you find your way to where you want to be. As a therapist I see my role as encouraging my clients to use life’s difficulties as stepping stones to create healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a life they are more excited to live. Clients are helped to set goals that assist them in attaining the outcomes they want.
