I have worked with children and adults of various ages, addressing a multitude of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, addiction, trauma and abuse. My counseling style is warm, honest, genuine and non-judgmental. My counseling approach is multi-dimensional and is adjusted within sessions and across sessions to facilitate the best outcome for the client.
