My practice offers a gentle, supportive, and compassionate approach—always grounded in kindness and, most importantly, free of judgment. I hold a master’s degree in School Counseling and am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting students and families. My approach is warm, approachable, and grounded in realism, helping clients feel heard and understood. I use a solution-focused framework to guide individuals toward practical and meaningful growth. I’m proud to already work with many wonderful clients and am excited to continue expanding my practice to support even more people on their journey toward emotional wellness.
