I am a client-centered therapist with over 18 plus years experience in the field of individual counseling with a focus on women’s issues, life adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, career challenges, self-esteem issues, and other issues related to achieving your best self. I have worked with clients within the context of private practice as well as treatment facilities and hospital settings. This provides me with a certain scope of understanding and experience. I am licensed in both New Mexico and Florida. Both professionally and personally, I strive to understand each client’s own unique cultural and personal experience. My clarity of understanding comes from being highly engaging, inquisitive, and interactive while being respectful, warm and accepting.
