Nancy Busch

Hello and Welcome to the BetterHelp community! My name is Nancy Busch and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. Let me tell you a little about me. In my 15+ years in the behavioral health field, I have had the pleasure of working in a variety of therapeutic settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, community-based mental health, and military bases both within the US and abroad. I am proud to have worked with active duty and retired men and women of all branches of our armed forces and first responders. My approach to therapy is client-centered. Building a therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy sessions. Our first sessions will be dedicated to developing a warm, safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. I have worked with clients affected by a wide range of concerns; depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship issues, trauma and life changes. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and trauma informed methods. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe our work is a collaborative process incorporating dignity and respect. We will work together to achieve your desired goals. It takes courage to take the first step towards making a change.
