I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I am a Houston native, I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Ecology. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Houston Baptist University. While earning my Master’s degree I worked in a psychiatric hospital full-time. 6 years in the mental health field have taught me that mind and body work best together to improve overall wellness.
