Hi! My name is Monet Clark. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). I also have a M.Ed. in counseling. Having worked in the mental health field over 15 years, I have often wondered why some individuals struggle while others appear to function well. Through years of self-reflection, I realized loving yourself is priority. Without it, your ability to function declines. One of my favorite quotes is “It is not selfish, but self-full. My approach combines cognitive-behavior and solution-focused counseling. Life at times can be challenging.
