As a licensed clinician in both Colorado and New York, with over 10 years of professional work experience, I have had the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of settings. I take a strength based approach, blending together various treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, as well as client centered approach, with the understanding that individuals or families are the experts in their life.
