I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming since 2012. I began my practice in 2002 while residing in Georgia. I have been active in crisis response/resolution, initial diagnostics/treatment planning, individual and group therapies focusing on impulse control, depression/anxiety coping skills, decision – making/organizational skills. I have worked with issues involving chronic pain management and severe psychotic symptoms management. I utilize a client – centered and directed cognitive – behavioral approach with my clients. The cornerstone of my collaboration is an empathetic identification of the client’s desire to increase/decrease behaviors, manage complex emotional stressors effectively, and enhance decision – making skills while encouraging self – reliance with confidence. I look forward to meeting my clients and strive to achieve clinically measurable and satisfying goals while enhancing desired strengths and abilities!
