I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado with over 6 years experience working with individuals from all walks of life. My professional background includes grief and loss, anxiety and depression, identity development, coping with life transitions, gerontology, relationship and group dynamics, and crisis intervention. I have experience working in outpatient and inpatient therapeutic settings with clients. As a trained Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand how our lives are parts of existing systems and interconnected relationships. Sometimes in our life we find ourselves stuck on what to do, how to feel, and the ways in which we relate to others. This can be an exceptionally distressing place to find ourselves in and, from my perspective, this is where the magic happens for personal growth to occur. I approach therapy from a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental perspective. My main focus is to create a space and develop a relationship with each of the clients I work with where we are able to explore our thoughts and feelings in a safe and beneficial way. Engaging in the process of therapy takes a great deal of courage and requires a tremendous amount of respect. As a therapist, I strive to meet you where you are with kindness and admiration. If you’re ready to do some work, I’m more than humbled to accompany you in this journey! I look forward to connecting with you!
