Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado, I have been practicing since 2021. I specialize in supporting children, individuals, through a trauma-informed, relational lens. My approach is grounded in Synergetic play therapy, EMDR therapy, and the Gottman Method, blending neuroscience with compassion to help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered.
