I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Virginia with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood disorder, and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced issues with substance addiction. My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution focused counseling.
