My experiences range in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief, coping with loss, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. My therapeutic approaches are client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
