I am an LCSW specializing in life transitions, grief and loss. Having relocated 20 years ago to California from the Washington, DC area where I primarily focused on mental health and depression, I began to concentrate on the importance of coping and supporting healthy navigation of life’s challenges. I received a specialty credential in Hospice and Palliative care with an emphasis on helping individuals and families through serious illness and the loss of a loved one.
