I am licensed Social Worker in New York state with 30 years of professional work experience. I am also a certified yoga instructor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, confidence as well as substance abuse.. I combine my knowledge of yoga and its spiritual practice to assist clients in their healing process.
