I am a master’s level licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years experience working with families in both school and private settings. As a working parent I understand the joys and challenges of raising families today. Balancing academic demands, extracurricular activities, unsettling times, household responsibilities and healthy relationships can be exhausting both physically and emotionally. The current pandemic has significantly increased our daily stressors. Mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD are on the rise in both children and adults. I can help you and your family navigate through these turbulent times in a relaxed, non-judgmental and therapeutic setting. I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you. Respectfully, Mary Gavin Cantillo MA, LMHC
