It is possible for you to identify and achieve your goals. Sometimes it just takes someone to come alongside you to help you make different choices. During my 10 years as a clinical therapist I have been privileged to assist many clients to improve and heal through a combination of faith based processes and my credentials as a California State University-Fresno Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters of Social Work. It has been my experience that Christian foundational-based counseling, delivered within current psychological guidelines and cultural conventions, result in the most enduring outcomes. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, and others, depending upon the client’s needs. I have had much success with (1) couples and individuals with relationship issues and keeping marriages together; (2) children, regarding self-esteem improvement and separation anxiety; and (3)serving many clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress, and general stress issues. I am willing to work with all kinds of clients no matter what the issue. I offer a safe environment, where there is freedom to explore, heal, and transform. It is my hope that you will remember your true destiny and choose life.
