I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the state of Texas. I have worked mostly with teens, young adults, and families on a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, LGBTQ issues/identity, motivation, career planning, grief and loss. My counseling style involves being compassionate, warm, and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I will strive to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet the unique needs of each individual. I understand that seeking a change in life can be a big step in a long process but taking those first steps can ensure a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take those steps I am here to work with you. Thank you!
