I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 14 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I am also currently licensed as a counselor in the state of Louisiana. I have a wide array of experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I am a expert in my field and I helped many individuals overcome situational barriers such as abuse/trauma, job stress, divorce, blended families, relocation/transition and more. My counseling style is compassionate, patient, non-judgmental and client centered. I am sensitive to the needs of all my clients. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, christian counseling, and client centered counseling.
