I am licensed in Maryland with 7 years of professional work experience. My life experience has provided me with unique perspectives that impact my empathic approach. I have worked in private practice, community mental health and in schools K – 12. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I understand how vulnerable and scary entering therapy can be and I aim to provide you with a safe non judgmental space to begin finding clarity and achieving desired changes. My style of counseling is client centered strength based. I look forward to partnering with you on this therapeutic journey.
