Hola! I’m glad you have decided to start therapy! I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 15+ years of experience in clinical practice in both Mexico & TX. I work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, self-esteem and confidence struggles, and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with themselves and others in a healthier way, rediscover their inner strengths, and recognize the patterns that may be interfering with their growth and well-being. My therapeutic approach is Existential-Humanistic, and I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and solution-focused therapy (SFT) when appropriate. I believe in creating a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions and work toward meaningful change.
