I have 7 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and ADHD. My specialization is in helping people reach their “inner strength” by developing age appropriate skills to push through life challenges .
