Marcia Klucznik

I am a Certified Grief Educator and currently taking additional coursework in trauma and grief. I work with many grieving people and the special population of suicide loss survivors. Prior to my current role as a counselor, I worked as an RN for many years in a hospital, most notably in the Emergency Room. Using that experience, I also teach nursing students about mental health disorders and supervise them with patients. I expanded my career by counseling clients with anxiety, stress, chronic health problems, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, depression, & coping with life changes. Grief and loss are a part of life’s challenges, and I have been certified to work with clients experiencing these issues. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I have been licensed in Michigan for the past 35 years and I returned to practice counseling again 7 years ago. My clients are my special people that I am honored to learn about, working together to address the issues being experienced and get moving on solutions and better ways to feel empowered in life.
