My specialties are working with clients with Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, and Addictions. My working style is interactive, respectful and compassionate without using stigmatizing labels that get in the way. My approach combines Psychodynamic, Client Centered, Mindfulness-Cognitive Behavioral, Existential and Humanistic Therapy, emphasizing clients capacity to make rational choices and develop their maximum potential. Treatment is tailored to meet the needs of each client’s own specific needs.
