I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the past 10+ years facing challenges just like you including trauma, depression, anxiety, life stressors, grief and coping with addictions. It is an honor to work with people as they explore challenges that are blocking them from experiencing the life they envision. My goal is work with you to develop a plan to address your specific needs in an environment where you feel supported and validated.
