I’ve also completed specialized training in EMDR, music therapy, and farm stress response counseling (AgriSafe). I earned my Doctorate in Education (EdD) in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, MS in Counseling Studies from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Healthcare Administration from Clayton State University. I have postgraduate training in marriage and family therapy, addiction, grief, and trauma treatment through Brighter Tomorrows Institute, Evergreen, PESI, and the American Institute of Health Care Professionals (AIHCP). My approach is integrated and person-centered, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and expressive methods like play, art, and music therapy to support coping, insight, and growth.
