I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and bring over 15 years of experience in human services and mental healthcare. My background includes work with crisis lines, social services, community clinics, non-profits, and hospital-based outpatient programs. As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I take pride in serving the Hispanic/Latinx community. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, and other personal concerns, all of which can be addressed on an individual basis. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), providing research-supported strategies to assist clients better understand and manage anxiety.
