Congratulations on taking time for yourself and engaging in some counseling . I am a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family counselor licensed in Florida with over 20 years of experience working in counseling, coaching and providing skills building group classes. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with clients presenting a variety of concerns including personal growth, work/career changes, and coping during periods of transitions. All of these opportunities can present unique challenges and growth opportunities. Support with counseling can be a great collaboration during each of these experiences. My counseling style is interactive, goal focused and collaborative. My job is to provide you with a safe environment for you to share your concerns, reinforce your strengths, and clarify your path to greater success. My approach is cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and rational-emotive. Through our time together, you will clarify your plan for both short- and long-term goals and start working toward your prioritized goals.
