Lorinda (Lori) Kniess

I am a licensed therapist in Florida with over 15 years of professional work experience in counseling adults, children, and families. I have had the privilege of helping many clients with issues and concerns relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, low self-esteem, adjusting to and working through major life changes, depression, family and parenting concerns, and more. My major focus when I first begin working with a client is to create a warm, open, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
