Congratulations! You have just taken the first positive step to taking back control of your life. Just a word or two about myself in introduction. I have been working in the mental health field for the past eighteen years working with people with depression, anxiety, , adjustment disorder, and addictions as well as a variety of other issues. I have done individual and group counseling in a mental health setting and I have done extensive administrative work in a variety of social service programs over the years. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in labels. I see people in a private practice setting for individual therapy. I utilize an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness in working with my clients. I am have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan for over 15 years. I am also a certified life coach. I look forward to working with you and accompanying you on your journey!
