Hi, I’m Lindsay a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship struggles, anxiety, and grief. My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all path to healing. Instead, I take time to understand what matters most to you and tailor our work accordingly. Drawing from Adlerian and person-centered approaches, I aim to create a supportive space where we can explore patterns, build insight, and reconnect you with your strengths. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as you make meaningful shifts in your life. Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical, in fact, it can be real, human, and even a little bit messy. If you’re looking for someone grounded, compassionate, and honest, I’d be honored to work with you.
