I’m a licensed counselor passionate about supporting individuals through life’s many transitions. I work with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, parenting, grief, trauma recovery, and the search for deeper meaning in life. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas in 2022. I’m certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and bring a trauma-informed lens to my work. I’ve also completed Level I training in the Gottman Method, which I use to support couples in strengthening their connection and navigating conflict more effectively. Rooted in humanistic traditions, my approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive space where you can embrace authenticity, take ownership of your growth, and cultivate the courage to pursue your full potential. My goal is to truly understand your story, explore how you arrived at this point, and collaborate on a plan that helps you move forward in a way that aligns with your values.
